Where to Go for the Latest on Collaborative Law

If you follow collaborative law professionally, you will likely want to add Pauline Tesler's Blog to your reading list.  She's the mother of the movement and began a blog in January.  Generally, she is very current on the latest news and court matters concerning collaborative law.

Pauline Tesler is bamboozling an entire crop of lawyers. And making a fortune doing so. Her language is cult like and in fact, comes from the cult of jungian psychology. Tesler says: 'Bringing into collaborative practice the concept of the "shadow client" is the contribution that I think I’ve made to the evolution of the collaborative model.' Actually what arises is the shadow litagator - her clients say she can get very mean and adversarial. I know of some very unhappy clients who have gone thru her "process". They say she is passive agressive and her inner litigator comes out. She overcharges and nothing gets done. You can see a stunningly absurd Pauline Tesler here:
